How to change the position of a Sharepoint Default Ribbon 2013

I am trying to change the position of the Default Ribbon Attach File (Attach File) for a group I created in the "Edit" tab of a list, but I can only make it hidden by adding this line of code to my Element.xml

<CommandUIDefinition Location="Ribbon.ListForm.Edit.Actions.AttachFile" />

What I should change to alter his position?
