It’s not about how to do it. But I can not do everything because the Reporting that brings the report Viewer for drawing the report does not appear, I have tried to find it in several ways but it seems that there is not in this my VS2013 Ultimate. Do I have to download something to get the Reporting?

Have you tried using the ExportToHttpResponse(ExportFormatType.PortableDocFormat, Response, false,"rel.pdf");?
When I couldn’t use the view and generated a PDF report myself.

Tries to create a Class Library project and create a . rdlc in it and open it.
For some reason, MVC projects do not recognize the visual file editor . rdlc.

I don’t think your question is clear. a) Can’t you create a report file (.rdlc for example)? b) You cannot assemble the reports because there is no "Report Data" panel with the components?
