I’m wondering if it is possible to connect a bluetooth in some emulator, because, I’m doing a project that needs to test bluetooth and I do not have an Android smartphone and I wonder if it has how to emulate a bluetooth that the emulator can find, I’m using the Genymotion.

Not possible with Genymotion and Android Studio! Genymotion does not have Bluetooth functionality in its desktop application, as shown in documentation. It is also not possible to emulate this feature in the Android Studio emulator.
Limitations of Android Studio emulator
In a brief search, I found the Android x86 that has Bluetooth functionality.
