I don’t know if it’s possible with Enterprise Guide (I’ve never used it), but it’s possible using Survey Procedures using SAS programming. For example, with PROC SURVEYMEANS you can make a series of descriptive inferences, and with PROC SURVEYREG adjust regression models, among other procedures.
Maybe it’s because I don’t know anything about statistics, but the question seems very broad. It has to leave it a little more focused?
