Would anyone like to tell me how to get a copy of the welcome message (the one with the email and password) from each new customer in my store? I think maybe here is "Customer Account form block" but do not know how to come a copy for me.

You do not have this option by Magento’s administrative panel, I believe that you would get what you want by having to change the method sendNewAccountEmail class app/code/core/Mage/Customer/Model/Customer.php

Storing passwords legibly in the database is no longer recommended. Receiving the passwords of all your customers by email would be at least unethical.

@bfavaretto at least .... this will give a very big roll .... it is also good to inform the store so we will not buy it with "so much" security
