Stored Procedures in Mysql runs but cannot access to view or edit

When I had an account on a shared server at Hostgator(those very basic plans) I created some Stored Procedures in Mysql via my Navicat, months later I had to format my machine and migrated my plan to a VPS, but when trying to access my Procedure to make some changes it simply came blank in Navicat but still running in my code, so I went to Mysql via their own dashboard and came across the following error message someone here has gone through something like this ?

Obs: This error precedent I created via Navicat just to test and by the program I was able to access but by their panel or via another program not.

  • should be just that, your user does not have this level of permission to edit. I recommend that you try to access through Workbench

After almost 2 hours with technical support from hostgator I was informed that it was not possible to give access permission to my cPanel user for some technical reason from them, that this was a problem that they will be investigating in the future. The only way found to at least access and not lose my code is by accessing through the 'WHM' panel of my vps, that is through the main panel and it call the 'Phpmyadmin' then I would be automatically logging as root in the database

I found a solution very half mouth.... but it was the only one found, sweeping the internet I saw people who use other hosting passing the same, but always without solution.

According to this message you have no privilege to edit the routine.

In case the user you are using has limited permissions. It may be a phpmyadmin bug, you can try to edit your routine on Mysql Workbench 8.0 CE.
