The mysql start command path is not set?

I’m trying to connect web-service in netbeans on Ubuntu with mysql server, but when I click start this image error:

A Mysql server must be initialized (as well as restarted, terminated, etc.) via the command line. Normally this command is at:

/etc/init.d/mysql

To start the server, just pass start as argument, so:

/etc/init.d/mysql start

Use this command in your Netbeans.
