Recently VS Code is leaving the subfolders created in lines (compatactate). How can I show them in the tree view?

As stated in Notes to the new version (1.41), November 2019, this resource can be controlled through the option explorer.compactFolders.
To disable these "line folders" or "compressed folders", uncheck this option.
