I lost my android Keystore and can’t update the application. How to retrieve my key was not registered in the storage program?

Apps subscribed to Google Play App Subscription
If you’ve subscribed to your app on Google Play apps subscription and need to create a new upload key, the account owner may contact our support team to receive help.
Here are some common reasons why you need to create a new upload key:
- Private key lost or compromised.
- No upload key for an existing app created.
Apps not subscribed to Google Play App Subscription
If you lose your key storage, you will need to publish a new app with another package name and another key. We recommend updating the original app so users know the new one and cancel the post to avoid future downloads.
Observing: we cannot delete apps or allow several of them to have the same package name.

If you lose the subscription key you can try to contact GOOGLE, but the answer I got is that you would need to submit another app with the new key.
