I have this following spreadsheet with each column being a date. And on each date I have these following records, however they may repeat this record on other dates forward.

As is the case of record 57544 she appeared on 30/10, but appeared on 31/10.

I needed to count the amount of records per column by removing the records that already appeared on previous dates.

It would be a number of less duplicated values, according to the image.

The red records is the 1 time that record appeared, it needs to be counted

The yellow records are the duplicates that occurred on the day, and need to be ignored in the day count.

The counts in the image were done manually to illustrate the problem.

I tried the formulas of cont.se with procv, but I did not obtain result.

  • Leandro, considering that the column of day 30/10 that is the basis for you to compare with the other columns is in column B. Make the following matrix formula.

  • {SOMA(CONT.SE($B$2:$B$16;C2:C16))}

  • Once you have finished typing the formula, press the CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER keys at the same time, so that Excel enters the {} keys and interprets this formula as matrix.

  • You tested the solution??
