I saw that now Oracle has a JDK13, I have to wonder if it comes with a Javafx, as in JDK8 came with the Javafx8, thank you.

According to that link from the Oracle website, since the release of JDK 11 in 2018 Javafx has been moved to Openjdk as an Openjfx project, and has its own official website. A post on the Oracle blog was created to explain in more detail this transition.
