Problem with SSL in Cielo Webservice Woocommerce plugin

When trying to save the settings in Woocommerce (by placing Membership Key and Membership Number) a message appears saying:

"Cielo Woocommerce disabled: An SSL certificate is required to use the Webservice Solution. Please check if a certificate is installed on your server".

At first I thought it might be a problem of my SSL certificate or TLS version (there are topics here in support about this). But even testing all the options and checks (my certificate and TLS are ok as can be seen in the link https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=www.correcotiakids.com.br). In the logs also has nothing to do with.

Someone can give me a light?

I opened a topic on the official page of the plugin, but no success so far. The solutions present in the link https://wordpress.org/support/topic/solucao-para-quem-esta-com-problemas-do-tls/ did not work. Until because as I mentioned above, I have tested SSL and TLS and are ok.

Good afternoon, I had this problem so I entered (your domain.com/)wp-admin/options.php and changed the function "woocommerce_force_ssl_checkout" from "no" to "yes"
