How to delete an existing repository with Git?

Preciso apagar este repositório antes de criar um novo

I need help to delete this repository and to create a new one, because every time I try to create this message appears. And I can’t send my project to github. Detail: Already deletes it on github.

  • You can create another repository in another folder as well. What’s the trouble not to do this?

Just delete the . git folder inside the /site and use the command git init again. Remember that depending on your environment the folder may not appear as it is hidden.
