Good evening guys, I need to run android studio on my machine, but it gives the error: "Intel HAXM is required to run this AVD. VT-x is disabled in BIOS. Enable VT-x in your BIOS security Settings (refer to Documentation for your computer)."

by what I know, it is necessary to activate virtualization on the motherboard. However you do not have this option in the Bios of my notebook.

Does anyone know what it could be? i joined the intel website and by oq it looks like the intel i3-2328M has VTX support (https://ark.intel.com/content/www/br/pt/ark/products/70927/intel-core-i3-2328m-processor-3m-cache-2-20-ghz.html)

You can enable or disable Virtualization Technology Intel® in the BIOS configuration. The default behavior is "disabled". To change the settings, do the following:

Access the system BIOS by pressing during the POST ("power-on self test" - bootstrap self-test).

Click Advanced > Processor Configuration.

Processor configuration

Select Intel® VT for Directed I/O (Intel® Virtualization Technology for Directed E/D) and switch to Enabled (Enabled).

Select Virtualization Technology Intel® VT and Switch to Enabled

Run an AC power shut-down cycle.

Note Whenever configuration options are changed to "enabled" or "disabled", it is necessary to run an AC power shut-down cycle ("power Cycle") for the changes to take effect.

The Intel® server boards or the Intel® server systems need the following components to support the Intel® virtualization technology or the Intel® virtualization technology for Directed I/O: Intel® Xeon® processor that supports Virtualization Technology Intel® BIOS with support for Directed I/O Virtualization Technology Intel® or Virtualization Technology A third-party virtual machine manager (VMM - virtual machine manager) may also be required.

your machine has to have virtualization support, I believe i3 processors do not have and if you have Voce should enter the BIOS and activate virtualization.
