I’m trying to show off the word Hat on my website but appears Chap u

My HTML is with:

<meta charset="UTF-8" />

In Mysql the entire db is collation utf8_swedish_ci and all accents, ç are displayed correctly within the database, but when I step into PHP through the query returns me with (only taken data from DB)

In another topic I saw this option: utf8_decode() but she instead returns � get back to me ?

Solved setting UTF-8 in PHP after starting Mysql connection

$connection->set_charset("utf8")
