I installed windows yesterday(2019-08-16), and the time of the OS appears 3 hrs ahead, I try to synchronize and nothing.

Type in the CMD

>w32tm /resync /rediscover
Enviando comando resync para o computador local
O computador não sincronizou novamente porque não havia dados de hora
disponíveis.

I’ve been doing a search and I haven’t found anything that helped me solve this problem, I think it might be related to the low command.

>w32tm /query /source
Local CMOS Clock

I’m not even sure how to look for a solution if it’s a duplicate post, I apologize.

Use a very simple program called nettimestat, it always fixed the schedule and is light MT, use it in the company as standard program, never gave me headache

The early versions of windows 10 did not work properly synchronizing the time (NTP client service). I went down at the time, 2016, it was just headache. I was forced to wear "nettime".

The latest versions of Windows 10 no longer present this problem. I used the 1709, 1809 and currently use the 1903.
