Show file in Solution explorer

When a file is opened in the visual studio, it hangs on the top, ai always at the end of the day has a lot of thing hanging and I wanted to know how it does so that when I click one of these files is shown in the explorer Solution in which folder is the file that was clicked

Tools > Options > Projects and Solutions

Check item "Track Active Item in Solution Explorer"
