Pycharm Error Special Character Tremble

Question

I’m having a problem with my Mac’s ABNT keyboard when using Pycharm (only with it).

When typing simple quotes (') it presents a special character (square and not recognized), which disturbs at the time of typing.

When typing double quotes (") there is the same effect.

I found that the special character is the trema (hein), but Pycharm recognizes at first. Follow the screen prints.

I need a solution within Pycharm or the Mac itself. Thank you.
