I created an installer for my solution in Visual Studio 2019 using the Setup Wizard (component of VS itself), and configured it so it was to my liking, I changed the debug application for release and apparently everything is right.
But when I run the installer, it tells me that I should install . NET Framework, in fact it is a requirement for the installation, but I already have it installed and yet this window keeps appearing and does not proceed with the installation.
If I put "No" it interrupts the installation, and even uninstalling the . NET Framework and doing the installation of it around, when reopened it returns on that same screen. I believe there are N ways to do this but I would like to create the installer by the VS itself, I thought to remove the . NET Framework as an installation requirement, but not possible.
But if you press yes, it does the installation and concludes?

It closes this window, opens the browser and downloads the described version, I have to open it again, and it opens again on that same screen. It does not continue the automatic installation
