Apple’s Developer Site has gained new layout, and apparently new features. I created a Certificate today and instead of iOS Distribution, it’s only appearing in Distribution and in front "For use in Xcode 11 or later".
I even added it to my Mac Keychain, but it just doesn’t work. That means without Xcode 11 it’s NO longer possible to publish to the Apple Store?

I’m using macOS Mojave 10.14.5 and Xcode 10.2.1 (the system can’t find Xcode 11 to upgrade).

Within the Xcode, I was able to create a new certificate during the Archive process. The certificate in question, automatically generated, solved my problem, and appeared on the Site without the operating message only for Xcode 11, but still did not understand why this type of certificate cannot be generated by the site. I haven’t found any official information on the subject, if anyone has to supplement.
