Preprocess function error not found

I installed the Caret package to perform the preprocess function, but it shows an error that it was not located. which may be?

If installation of the package caret was successfully performed before running the function preProcess, you need to call the package caret, via library(caret).

Installation is done only once, while calling the function via library should be done after starting the R.
