The problem is that when starting the site, it loads the css file the first time. But if I edit this file Django does not recognize and continues the same way. I’ve tried a Reload on the local server (python Manage.py runserver) aq from the notebook and F5 on the pag but it still doesn’t work.

BASE_DIR = os.path.dirname(os.path.dirname(os.path.abspath(__file__)))

I don’t understand why this happens.

Try using CTRL+F5 to refresh the page by forcing the reload of all objects, even those already in the browser cache.

Pressing only F5 does not require the browser to download the new version of the css or Javascript files... so it ends up reusing what is already in the cache. Ctrl+F5 forces the browser to download everything regardless of whether it already has it in cache.
