I’m developing a layout, but I need help.

I want to create a content fit the page.

You have to adjust many properties in the CSS to position the section. See that I used some calc() in the width (discounting the width of the sidebar) and height (adjusting to the height of the screen), I placed to the right with float, put a margin-top of the height of nav so that the section do not get below, adjusted the width of class .legal discounting the paddings, among other various adjustments. If you are going to comment one by one it will get huge the answer. Best you see the differences in CSS and compare with your original code.

It is also important to reset the margin of body with margin: 0. Afterlife to take out the overflow and just put in the section, like you explained in the question.
