Models and contexts do not appear in the Scaffold box

installed VS community 2019, and fiddling with an old project, I noticed that the classes don’t get greener as having reference, and I can’t access them by right clicking and going into implementation, or setting.

Also, I noticed that when trying to create a new item via scaffold, models and contexts do not load into the dialog box to be selected.

I already tried to rebuild, recreating Assembly.Cs, directory . vs, but without success

Someone’s been through this?

  • I have never had this problem with VS2019 since the first tests. Have tried an upgrade/reinstallation?

  • No updates... on reinstallation, persisted.

I don’t know exactly what happened. I needed to uninstall the 2019 version, and return to the 2017 version of Visual Studio Community.
