Read text in a specific image location

Question

I need help trying to read a text in a specific part of the image. The intention is to identify a specific product among several equals, but the only thing that changes is the text present in it.

I’m reconnoitering an object and taking its position in the picture:

Sample image:

Position: [727 1378 2852 1957]

I tried using OCR, but I could not pass as the vector as parameter.

OBS: I need to identify the text only within this square (pink), so the use of this vector.

Is it possible using OCR? If so, how do I do that? If No, there is another option?
