flex display this with a different behavior in google Chrome

Hello, I hope someone can help me in this problem. I developed only the template, php programming is not me doing. Here is occurring many spaces in the items.

I’m aligning the cards with display: flex. Works in Firefox, but in google Chrome is giving many spaces. My intention is that all cards have the same size, but the content should be dynamic, as the titles have different sizes. The same is happening in the side bar. The strange thing is that with just the template, without php programming, the site looks good in both Chrome and firefox.

If viewed in Firefox, the first link does not occur the problem. What can it be? Structure error in html or is template error? You’ll solve the problem like this,

Takes the height:100% class .space-between

And in the div father of .space-between you’ll put the class d-flex, will stay like this <div class="col-xs-12 col-ms-12 col-md-4 col-md-4 d-flex">
