Error reading text file with Filestream C#

I am making a program that reads a txt file from the user’s machine, all the other files are normally read only a specific file that when it is read appears the following error. inserir a descrição da imagem aqui

    And which way is being read?

  • I suspect it has something to do with the first line of the print, I would comment on it and try again.
