I am using Heidisql to connect to my Mysql servers. On the machines I set up I can connect smoothly to the Mysql server. But in the case that it was not I who set up is giving the problem of:

Access denied for user 'sge'@'10.70.9.106' (using password: NO)

Since I already provided and already changed the password and tried to delete and recreate the user and still the same error. I have no idea what it might be and I don’t find it in forums. Someone could give me a light?

You say: "I already provided and already changed the password". But the user there used no password. (using password: NO) User (sge), has password?

  • Has password yes, I provided but it keeps informing that I have not put password. I have tried to use in other programs and connect via PHP but gives the same error.

  • It has a password, but how did you report that it wasn’t you who set it up. So the person when creating an account in Heidisql(Does she use this tb?), there in Session manager, she n set password. The connection scheme is saved, but it is without the password. The person forgets. I think you better go in the location and configure. Pq n has how you know.
