I registered my account in the Instagram development area to generate Access Token but when I generate it ends up denying the request. I’ve performed the same process on other accounts but on this account I’m not able to generate the token.

It seems that the Instagram API, which will apparently be discontinued, waits for the word "Authorize" instead of "Authorize".
We had the same problem, and we were able to solve (gambiarra Detected) by adding the following parameter in the Querystring of the URL used to generate the Access Token: &hl=en
This forces the English language on the authorization screen, causing the button to turn "Authorize".
