Thumbnail Open Graph does not appear on Whatsapp

On the website https://www.institutomagnus.org/blog/instituto-magnus-no-programa-pet-patas-da-tv-sol-indaiatuba I am giving maintenance I made the necessary modifications to meet the link below. But none of the options presented solved my problem.

Can someone shed some light on what might be going on?

Try putting your image at 200px for 200px, not 250. It’s just a really simple test, and try to leave it at 50kb

I got the problem was that the site used https and the images inside Thumb were using http.
