Sharepoint Designer only shows blank workflow

Good afternoon,

I had to open Sharepoint Designer to edit a workflow and came across a big problem, it just doesn’t show the workflow content, it’s like there’s nothing to edit. I checked entering another machine and could visualize the workflow normally, I have uninstalled and turned and install Sharepoint Designer 2013 but it did not work.

Any hint?

  • This other machine you checked was with the same user? Maybe it is your office package that is not updated

Problem solved. I did a Sharepoint Designer update recommended by Microsoft support and it worked perfectly.
