Programmatically uninstall hidden devices

Uninstall hidden devices manually:

  1. Device Manager
  2. Doors (COM and LPT
  3. View Menu → Show Hidden Devices
  4. Uninstall device (The name is no longer reserved)

As you can see, I know the steps necessary to accomplish this process manually, through the device manager, however what I am looking for is a way to do it by commands, through the prompt de comando, windows power shell or similar.
