Playing audio/streaming Ionic 3

how to add this image function to pause the music/audio/streaming that is playing on Ionic? I am playing a Webradio, when I am viewing the app in the browser, if I minimize the screen it appears this function to pause the audio, but when I perform the build of the application it does not show this screen when minimizes the application.

I have tried to reproduce in many ways:
Using the direct audio tag in html: <audio controls src="LINK_STREAMING" autoplay></audio> Using the Nativeaudio plugin: https://ionicframework.com/docs/v3/native/native-audio/
Using the Media plugin: https://ionicframework.com/docs/v3/native/media/

But none of the options puts the option for the user to pause the audio with the cell screen locked.

I’ve tried using the plugin: https://ionicframework.com/docs/v3/native/music-controls/ but after installing using the documentation it does not build the app, keeps giving error by this depreciated, error message: https://pastebin.com/dGKKnsbZ?

You have to use the Background mode plugin, if not every time the phone is turned off after a while will stop the audio.
