Does anyone know any IDE in cloud for ASP.NET C# development? I read something about a CODERUN, but I think it’s no longer active, someone has some suggestion?

Microsoft has a pre-release of something that will be a Cloud IDE in the future, but is not yet ready by the date of this reply.
Coderun disappeared from the face of the earth. His code should be in two places: Codeplex (which no longer exists) and Google Project (that is empty).

Very boring, this fact of taking the air out of nowhere, without justification.

@Diegosantos, this smells like corporate conspiracy, I imagine someone paid good money to disappear with the code.
