Excel how to compare 4 equal criteria in a table

Question

I have a table of player characteristics.

I need a formula that checks [TRUTH/FALSE] if all characteristics were repeated

The table is contained in the following interval: $R$3:$X$2004 The range of criteria is: $S$3:$V$2004

NOTE: I will use only as conditional formatting I have the formula that works for 2 criteria as demonstrated below: =E($S4<>"";$T4<>"";SOMARPRODUTO(--($S4&$T4=$S$4:$S$154&$T$4:$T$154))>1)
