Edit text file in cmd

I have a test.txt file

D:\Tools\fonts
D:\Tools\gui
D:\Tools\guitex
D:\Tools\table

is there any command that edits the test.txt file to be this way?

command###D:\Tools\fonts
command###D:\Tools\gui
command###D:\Tools\guitex
command###D:\Tools\table

A good way to edit a file in cmd is by using the command "type". You can use it as follows, type the command (in type case) and then the full path of the file you want to edit, follow example.

type c:\textos\leiame.txt
