How to capture an HTML color but this color has to look like the image...

EXAMPLE: (THE BACKGROUND IS SIMILAR TO THE IMAGE)

EXAMPLE 02: (REPAIR THE BACKGROUND!)

How can I do that to get the color on HTML, so I can wear this color wherever I want... ?
