Man, good morning! First you need to convert your table into percentage. I divided the values (from the first column, for example: 330, 669, 3 and 0) by the total (Ex: 330/1002) and used the percentage button to format it correctly. So in the first example we would have the percentages of 33%, 67%, 0.3% and 0% +- From these percentages, I created the chart, using columns > stacked columns, which transforms each column of your table into a column of the graph, separating the motifs by columns and the companies by colors, keeping the percentage as vertical axis.
Then you only need to format to appear (or not) the 0% etc.
