Tabelas de Motivos de Atraso

Good morning, I have a graphic that represents a total amount of reasons for delay of 4 companies
in total.
Does anyone know how to divide the bars, to represent how much each company represents in a total of the delays?
It is necessary to send the file.

Man, good morning! First you need to convert your table into percentage. I divided the values (from the first column, for example: 330, 669, 3 and 0) by the total (Ex: 330/1002) and used the percentage button to format it correctly. So in the first example we would have the percentages of 33%, 67%, 0.3% and 0% +- inserir a descrição da imagem aqui From these percentages, I created the chart, using columns > stacked columns, which transforms each column of your table into a column of the graph, separating the motifs by columns and the companies by colors, keeping the percentage as vertical axis. inserir a descrição da imagem aqui

Then you only need to format to appear (or not) the 0% etc.

I hope I’ve helped!

  • Oops, Thanks!! I managed to evolve here at work. Thanks guy.
