Magento admin layout error

Question

The mistake is this:

The story goes like this: I installed a theme called Mango (which is now named after a port) for a client... Their support is very bad, gave some problems so I deleted the folders of this theme according to the folders that came in the zipped theme file. So far everything is fine. I installed another theme, but now when I enter the category of Brazilian products to edit this error.

I know it is a layout error. But in which file should be calling this base template that the log presented?

Could someone help me?

I managed to solve. The theme, in addition to creating the files in the folder app/design, app/code, skin/base and etc... it also created in the table eav_attribute some attributes to create new options in the categories to display in the Megamenu... after much searching and not having answers here... found!! I deleted the entries referring to the table theme and returned to work! ;)
