Is there any Whatsapp API "Official"

I wonder if there is any official Whatsapp API or not. I know there are companies specialized in firing messages via Whatsapp, I would like to know how they do, because I’ve researched other threads [like this] and this2 that show that there was an api that was discontinued for legal reasons, however they are old and the number of companies that offer the service of mass messaging by Whatsapp has increased greatly. If an open source api has been closed for legal reasons, how companies are marketing shots and how they do it?

  • @Phill just remembering that there’s a difference between being against the terms of use and being illegal. If you follow the terms of use, 90% of Facebook pages could be deleted easily, just to quote an example.

As far as I know, this the most used by companies. I have tried implementing codes in PHP + JS and is a spectacle, just follow the policy of using the api to the letter and follow the advice of those who have already used, because to not have the blocked number you need to follow some rules...

  • These unofficial Apis use the Scrapping web technique. These days I’m studying about this and I’ve seen how they should do it. Python and Selenium to do the magic.
