I have an application service on Azure running wordpress.
One day, while updating a plugin, this not only stopped working as the panel Kudu cannot visualize it.
I can list inside the folder by the console at the bottom of the screen, however the viewer Kudu cannot visualize it.
I tried to change through the chmod permissions but does not change anything. I have already deleted the folder and copied another one. I have already renamed including another and nothing.
What is peculiar is when accessing this folder through the KUDU, an Azure message appears indicating that my session is spiraled, but it is not because I continue using the panel after clicking OK. User and group appear as unknown by command line ls -l.
If I access from the browser, pointing to the final url, I get the message "You do not have permission to view this directory or page.".
I’ve already opened a support at Microsoft but so far there has been no solution return.
It seems to be a file system permission error that Microsoft uses in the Application Service.
Someone else has been there and can provide a path to the light?
I have an open support at Microsoft with the technician saying: Reinstall! I can’t help you because I don’t have access. It is a game of pushes here and pushes there. It looks even Brazilian! Come on, Kendrick, a little force to solve, right?!
