When I click and drag down the following cells in the appropriate image, in the cell "E21" appears a '3' resulting from tracking the sequence of cells from "A15" to "A18" as I do to loop only the cells from "A15" to "A17"? for the result to come out "waiting" ??

Fixing the corresponding cells A15 to A17 and adding a "If" function on the A18 to C18, saying that if it is different from the numbering from 1 to 3 and fixing these values, call the cell "incorrect" if add any number outside the sequence of 1,2,3.

I meant, the function repeat cells A15 until A17, for the result of "waiting", because every time I click and drag this blessed '3' appears, referring to cell A18

good will only give problem when dragging to copy the formula if you have any problem in the references. Can show how is the formula in cell "E18"?

as the table is fixed, when copying the formula changes the lines, you need to use
A$15:A$17, just put the$so that the lines do not change when copying the formula– Ricardo Pontual
