I wonder how I can get the information from Asterisk bank in real time, in my bank only has after user turns off the phone there the information and recorded in the bank, but I wonder if it is possible to get information in real time

The call ticket is only generated after the end of the call. To track the total duration of a current call you can use the CLI, for example. The following command displays the information of established channels: # Asterisk -Rx 'core show Channels verbose' The following command also displays the information of established channels, but in a more concise and better way to work with shell script: # Asterisk -Rx 'core show Channels Concise'
