Fala galera,
I have a Progress Circle (pure css) and everything is working perfectly, animations and stop at the right place.
The problem is that the animation is happening before the scroll reaches the element. I am trying via Waypoint but I have not succeeded. Probably because I don’t know much about jQuery.
If you can help me!

From what I understand you that animation only happens when the element appears on the screen is this?
