Insert as a result of a select, how can I do this on Oracle?

Question

Someone can tell me how to record in the Oracle bank with Loop. When I run below it only saves the first record.

INSERT INTO
   BURD_400 (
      NIVEL,
      GRUPO
      ...
   )
SELECT
   BURD_ESTQ_300_MOVIMENTO_60D.NIVEL_ESTRUTURA,
     BURD_ESTQ_300_MOVIMENTO_60D.GRUPO_ESTRUTURA
FROM
   BURD_ESTQ_300_MOVIMENTO_60D
