How to type by voice Phonegap Framework?

I’m making an application, using the phonegap framework together with jQuery Mobile. The question is: I would like to add the voice typing function, and my field input is number type, or is only accepted numbers, but phonegap does not have such a plugin or has? Anyone would tell me. I will have to native the app?

There is a phonegap plugin, it is called Speech-recognition.
