Does anyone know or know an easy but easy way to migrate stored-procedures from SQL-Server to Oracle.

Has, knowing well how each bank works :)
This is undoubtedly the best way, to have one or two professionals who understand well, especially if the Procedure use very specific resources, such as hints.
But to help, there’s this site that converts online most of the basic syntax of various databases, not only oracle and sql-server: http://www.sqlines.com/online
