How do I use css to leave the selected option with a certain color when hovering over??

  • It was not very clear, you want to change the color after you select, type each option of a color after selected, or you want to change the color only at Hover, little matter the option that is selected?

  • only in the Hover...it is blue , I want to leave the Hover in the orange option
