Hello, I have instance A (Local) and another instance B, I need to do a query where I have table A (Local instance) relate to table B of (instance B) is possible ?

A Mysql engine FEDERATED engine even has a functionality similar to SQL Server Linked Server, take a look to see if it helps you.
Other than that, Mysql natively does not have this kind of functionality.
