Page cannot be displayed due to internal server error

I’m having this error running the application inserir a descrição da imagem aqui

I only have this, I can’t even put a break point, because it doesn’t even enter the application. I don’t know what to do.

This code works on another machine. I copied the code from there and pasted it into another folder and still the error continues.

When this error occurs, without details of what is actually occurring, the ideal is to access the Windows Event Viewer and check the application error.
